Touga is from Revolutionary Girl Utena, which was created by Chiho Saito and Kazuko Tadano and is copyright to them and Software Sculptors and TV Tokyo. I'm not entirely sure who created Ys as it started life as a video game, and with the "lemnear" picture - all I have is the character's name, I'm not even sure which anime it comes from. And the other two pictures, I really haven't a clue who created them or where they are from. BUT NONE OF THESE PICTURES BELONG TO ME.
